Frankly, the association between religion and state may be no different in America than in Saudi Arabia. It must comfort some to believe the gods favour their nation.

Vancouver or Calgary. It depends on the day....and whether or not you believe him

Jesus, I thought it was Texas.

Seems to be moving in that direction. Americans that have issues with that are welcome in Canada. You guys can have Boomer back.

You had to back peddle a bit I see.

Pick your battles carefully and stop being so silly.

Again....where is yourlink or proof for that or are you just pulling numbers out of your a-ss as usual?
Once again, you found the place and once again, my opinion has no link. Do you demand links when conversing with your wife, your neighbors or your friends??? GO look up the information for yourself, just like I did.

Is there anything wrong with bashing Liberals?

Nope. It's just funny to then do an about face and embrace the ideals you've just bashed. He's a social conservative and, has been proven many times already on this forum, they tend to do just that.

Sure you do... He's the guy in the pictures posted on your walls and the center of the shrine surrounded by candles you keep in your closet

Oops, you're being silly again. Justine is a woman's name. I don't know any guys named Justine and I certainly build a shrine to them. I'm not particularly religious.

Not as much as you apparently do. You think you're right, I know I am....LOL.

You pick the stats you like and go with them. That's fine, I understand. But I understand that statistics are manipulated according to the bent of the org. person, or government that's doing the survey. You know like "10 out of 10 thieves recommend blackening your teeth to avoid detection when robbing a bank.

You might also consider, picking the question from, "What is your religious affiliation" with do you have a religious affiliation and If so fiigure out if the affiliation is dependent on belief, fear or necessity such as living in country that is a theocracy.

Sure you do, that's the pet name (PET, ironic, huh?) you like to use with your messiah.

You're being silly again. I don't have a Messiah. As I said, I'm not a religious person.

On the political front, Preston Manning would be the closest thing to a Messiah in my books. I'm not sure if you remember him? He was a fiscally conservative politician that was undermined continually by social conservatives. Fortunately, folks like Klein and Martin heeded his message and brought some fiscal sanity back to government. Alas, it didn't last.
