ha ha ha. I fart in your general direction. "Substantiated is sold at par for proof." What does that even mean? It doesn't mean anything. Hey Bear--you were looking for something absolutely stupid--here it is. Just read petros. If you were really a scientist you would know that theories are just provisional models based on our current understanding of the universe. They can't be proved, only disproved.
You're farting gravy.

You aren't very sharp. The Universe is bound to the Laws of Physics. Maybe you should have paid attention in Grade 7

To paraphrase Steven Jay Gould Ia scientific law can only means confirmed to such a degree that it would be perverse to withhold provisional assent. Many of those Laws had to be re-written with the advent of space-time and quantum theory.

Translation: "Yeah...I got nothing."

To quote you directly, and the irony here is palpable...

Nothing? Oh, I don't know so far I've mustered Steven Jay Gould and Karl Popper to support my original contention. That's not bad. A lot better than you acting like an outraged purple-a$$ed baboon screeching in your tree and flinging feces everywhere.

Stay down, lad, stay down!

And, in conclusion...

I am Groot.

Thank you folks, I'll be here all week. Somebody pick Bear up, drag him to the bar and give him a beer. He's had a rough go.

So why do you act like an outraged purple a$$ed baboon, screeching in your tree while flinging feces?

All I said was your comment was stupid. Your failings forced you to act like a baboon. Childish and stupid, but funny as hell to watch.

BTW, it's Stephen Jay Gould, lol.

Which means they were Substantive Theory.

Why do I have to teach you?

JunkScience.com ‏@JunkScience Wild: @MichaelEMann claims Canadian tar sands by themselves will warm planet by another 0.5°C.

On Thursday’s “The Alan Colmes Show”, Distinguished Professor of Meteorology at Penn State Michael E. Mann told Alan that the unusual weather through the country this winter is a sign of climate change. The professor also explained that the reason some scientists deny climate change is because there is a lot of money to be made if you are an attack dog for the fossil fuel industry.

Vetoing the Keystone XL was good because using more tar sands oil would warm the planet another half degree Celsius which would lead to irreversible climate change. Professor Mann also explained that climate change should not be a partisan issue because it affects us all.
