Hey! He wasn't beaten that badly! He had a couple black eyes but we all had those in school. I didn't see any sign of a broken jaw or broken nose. He needed more than he got.

Some forum blowhards are delusional and think they could take anybody. If you guys weren't so silly, you'd understand how foolish you look. One would think you, as a supposed ex-marine would have a little bit of training on how to deal with this type of situation. Those of us in the fire service do and we use it all the time.

  1. Size-up.
  2. Call for help.
  3. Rescue.
  4. Protect exposures.
  5. Locate and confine the fire.
  6. Extinguish the fire.
  7. Overhaul the fire.
You will notice that calling for assistance comes before rescue. Only somebody that has no clue what he is doing would attempt a rescue without ensuring adequate back-up is on the way. In this particular case, without knowing the fighting capabilities of the individual, calling the cops would be the smart thing to do and that's probably why some of the forum simpletons seem to think it's such a dumb idea.
