I never heard of a person talking when they can't breathe!:)

Actually people who have had heart attacks often claim they can't breathe.

My mom had a COPD incident that was quite severe and she was able to say she couldn't breathe...because before your air is totally cut off you are aware that you are loosing the ability to breath and panic. Survival instinct.

Asthma sufferers will also be able to tell you they can't breathe or catch their breath. Semantics are unimportant when you feel you are dying.

agreed, before one totally loses the ability to breathe many people are able to communicate that their breathing ability is rapidly declining once it reaches zero....that's it for that individual

Eric Garner has to shoulder his part of the blame on this
he is shouldering ALL of the blame....he's dead

when your air supply is decreasing you are well aware of it...you are able to communicate it...once your air supply drops further the individual will struggle physically and then pass out and then die

anyone with any medical training at all should be well aware of this...that includes cops

Loc mentioned the Officers standing around without providing CPR were given immunity for their testimony.
They all should not have been granted immunity.

The video clearly shows they did not provide First Aid as was needed, did not follow training or Dept protocols, they contributed to a death by negligence.
Fire the Fuks, Immunity should only protect them from Criminal charges, not civil suits or departmental discipline.

agreed, not a full brain between the group...and there is a reason for that in group dynamics....it's group think and to step away from that is considered disloyal, it is considered a betrayal and you are seen as going against the best outcome for the whole...you would be punished....that's why groups are successful they support each other right or wrong, they find a way to twist what is happening in order to make it acceptable to them

it's a dangerous mentality but common place

it creates a weakness in the individual but a strong group

brothers in blue... but any group will do it

as much as some people might wish this was the good old school baton choking death, we're left with the obese asthmatic with heart disease and high blood pressure who had a heart attack and died as a result of neck and chest compression (as well as his medical conditions) from a 'choke' hold by a buckaroo rogue cop that was not halted by his supervising sergeant on scene.

the buckaroo rogue cop ain't right ( and I didn't say that but have used buckaroo and rogue endless times in this thread) but garner contributed to his own demise as well, just like the sergeant. grand jury said it's thing. maybe changes will be made maybe they won't.

I think Loc has bought into the propaganda that being a police officer is a thankless and dangerous job. Hollywood and police organizations like to promote that fairy tail. The reality is that being a police officer isn't even make it into the top ten list of hazardous jobs. A garbage collector ranks higher. I was in fear for my life is just a useful and convenient excuse to act like an ******* and folks like Loc buy into it because they don't question it. I read an article in the last few days that LODD for US police have been dropping and are now at 1959 levels. Death my firearms....1887.

at some point soon, they are going to have to give the public some type of assurance that this is going to be fixed...don't know how they will do that but they need to give something

No he has not. Not what he posted, and you know that.
Seeing as he has sent you on um paid vacations Slims, seeing as you have made numerous negative comments about him, seeing as you do not agree with the Mods here.
The best advice I can give to a lowlife scum sucker such as you is asked for a perm ban.
I see the bile rising in you. You are losing it. Beads of scum on your forehead. Ask Momma to wipe your brow.
How do you manage the lies on 2 boards with your Pity Fuk threads?
