Even Walter has a thing for him
Allied bomber pilots dropped bombs on women and children. Do you consider them murderers as well?
Total war, in which all production goes to the war effort, and industry is driven by the civilian population........making the civilian population a target.
A different matter entirely, but troubling just the same.
I do not like that hundreds of thousands died under allied bombing....I lost an uncle on his 23rd bombing mission over Germany. I don't like that either. (although I obviously never met him)
Was it mass murder?? I honestly am divided on that.
I don't know.
I know Hiroshima and Nagasaki ended the war.
I know that one of the major causes of WWII was the fact that Germany's defeat was not driven home to the Germans at the end of WWI, as all the fighting was outside of Germany. They knew they were beaten at the end of WWII.
But I still don't know.
I guess as individuals, no aircrew were not murderers.
As a policy?
I'm glad those things were not my decision.
I quoted you what Leslie said, verbatim! You choose to interpret the comment sans context... of course you do! As I said, again, "firing at Hamas, without care and judgement, "indiscriminately"... firing shells not at women and children... firing shells at Hamas that fall onto women and children"... because care and judgement in the firing is lacking.
Learn to read (and comprehend) for yourself... again, tune out Sun News and think for yourself!
Leslie made it sound as though women and children were the target.
Like I said, when you learn to read, come on down and we'll talk.
Lovely how you are parsing language with a finely honed knife....mistakenly, but still.....it is obvious you don't really want to talk about General Leslie.
Moving expenses??
War crimes testimony??
Medals??
Not interested??
