Oh and even more than that. Its all about the selection of products that you have to offer I think. And also about trying to cater to the general population, instead of just one small community.

lol yeah yeah, those of course, but my selection will be very wide. I don t have a definitive list yet. I first need to see how much ill pay in rent. Thats the most important. Canadians are not really used to african food. Our local fruits (some you never heard of Im sure), our vegetables, our juices, our jams, our selection of teas, our snacks, our seasonings, etc... And its all natural and tasty with a lot of nutriments. It needs to be known And I think Calgary is a great business city for that.

I eat Ethiopian every couple months. Great place and it sells a wide variety of veg, fruit and dry goods too.

Oh I see. My store will have more west african and central african food (im myself from west africa). Ethiopia is in East Africa. Ive never tasted their food. But I hear about it all the time !
