That would be absolutely true.
Trudeau did not understand Alberta or its PC gov't. Alberta is now the engine of the Canadian economy, paying out equalization to poorer provinces.
Harper does not understand Ontario and its Liberal gov't. Ontario is now a fiscal basket case, as the Liberals have destroyed the economy by overspending and idiotic green policies. Ontario has become a recipient of equalization payments.

Hey I don't want to sound like I'm being mean or anything, but my electric bill in Alberta will be around 80 bucks a month.
The cost was kept low through taxes.
My bill has changed about 20 bucks a month in the last twelve years.
