Why? Why the difference? Is whitie doing it? Can whitie solve their family structure problems for them?

The solution is to have a $10B study. The study will be a powder keg and can't say it's an issue with their family structure, so it will recommend throwing more money at the FN. Which is exactly what Colpy said 25 posts ago. The Chiefs will get richer.

But for Wynn, its a deflection away from her failed governments and policies so why not recommend it? It won't come out of her budget as she has already spent all of that and more.

Yeah, but at least the study money will go to politically-connected companies.

Wynne is looking for more Fed money for useless feel good social programs on other Provinces dimes.

Can you force someone to be a dad?

It's safer on Rez than off.
I thought the Rez was to give the poor 'white' folks how bad things could get for anybody (us) who loses a war. I'm pretty sure that the old treaties put through one quick reading would have a list of do's and don't with rewards and punishments spelled out in general terms. 'Being made an example' of was probably nowhere on the list. Their grievences should be at the UN and that would set a lower limit for War Crimes to be 1867, the date Canada was authorized to sign it's own name. That would mean any Native in any land would also have the same avenue to air their grievances and get a positive judgment and all those might be shy on money changing hands but it sets a ruling that cannot be undone, if it was a crime in 1867 it is a crime in 2014.

Cuba was given lots of things when the unlawful Americans were having the parties that would have got them strung up if they did the same things on home turf. Calgary has a high population from Vietnam which was the latest places that the westernern went to to have the 'same fun' where native boys and girls 'went missing' if not just sexually abused. Their Government shut it down as soon as they could rather than the Westerners stopping on their own. I'll bet they have lots of film that could be cleaned up and fed through the same program that used a set of eyes to narrow down an identity of somebody in the UK that has traveled.

The stats might be off but that doesn't matter if the ones for all the other years are off by the same amount. Cross refference what the RCMP and the Vietnamese Authorities can match and the rise and fall of missing Native children (boys and girls). Get a few well placed dicks in court and the brothels back there would be willing to release all the data they have on their 'foreign clients'.

Perhaps the RCMP in Calgary has more to do with death threats against local Muslims than it has to do with us being in danger of being overrun by Jiahdi Johns.

Can you force someone to be a dad?
Can you force someone to be a 'good' dad?
Yes, but their training has to start when their teacher is still under two years old.

How does a 'bad Dad' out do 'no Dad'? (granted a string of endless strangers isn't the best either) Seeing parents humiliated by other (as be powerless to stop it) would also be shape-shifting moments that end up as reactionary traits rather than being , 'Oh, yeah that **** from way back, what is that being brought up for.' kind of thinking where the reaction to daily events is as the person would have it be and that would be a common trait in the community, or one that is striven for even if perfection is never reached.
It's commonly called 'cleaning out the closet' and it only hurts once.
