Is Duffy the Model Conservative Senator?

What confuses me is Duffy is charged with taking a bribe, but there are no charges for those offering the payment. If anyone has an honest answer, please help.
The RCMP will provide their rational when the CP provides evidence when they are presented in court.
One reason may come from Wright paying all his expenses when in Govt.
This has been debated in the press and I refer to my first point.

Numerous reports that Duffy had a long list of supposed transgressions by others.

Yeah, that has me a little confused too, I hope there is something to it or Duffy might just walk!
Their is a legal difference. What was the motive, expectation on what was offered.
Then we have the Law regarding the Senate and legal obligations that the Senator is required to disclose to the Ethics person/committee in the Senate.

if his heart can handle the stress, he isn't in the best of health anyway, then again, I'm surprised he made it this far and he seems to bounce back...no pun intended
Stuffy knew the rules, his entails will be boiled before his eyes. it's not over till the fat man screams in the flames, all the guilt can be consumed in Stuffy's reduction to dust. hahahahah
