Those nitwits forgot that it was George Bush, Sr who called himself 'the environmental president'. Not a word of protest came from them back then. In this regard (as in many others that we have discussed on this forum) Obama's policy is no different from any of his Republican predecessors. But when the right wingers do it, it's fine. Some people chip their diesel to get more power, but there comes a point where you just make noise and smoke and have the illusion of power....
Chipping doesn't work on StageIIIB or Tier4. It's why CAT was given Tier 4 exemptions to meet HP needs.

gooooooooooooo Cambridge...it's the arm pit of SW Ontario but it's my neighbour city and employs TONs from Cambridge and my city ... they pay high wages and keep their skills up to date with ongoing training.

they built a huge plant in Woodstock too over the last five years ... if anything they are expanding and busy as hell...enough to make another plant 55 k away and have us redo a whole huge section of the 401 so people could commute...never heard a murmur about closing.
they just announced they are going to sink another 80 million dollars to expand the Woodstock plant already, they are going electric with a RAV4

the tsunami had zero effect upon us....there's nothing in that article about closures.
Rather, the article is about the impact of the tsunami on production and they lost an hour of overtime only...overtime at Toyota is mandatory...so almost zero impact...it didn't save the plants.
