Yeah right, and all rape victims deserved it too. You're an idiot. Bad things happen to good people every day.

Good people who are stupid yes.

It doesn't matter what decisions you make. Nobody has a right to beat on you (unless your decision is to walk into a boxing ring with gloves on).

Everyone has the right to do anything they like , as long as there willing to live with the consequences.

Sh1t like that would only ever happen to screw ups. That she had bad enough judgment to have her kid with her in a situation like that. Tells you she is as responsible as my 6 year old.

In real life you get what you deserve.

That's right, blame the victim.

There is no lesson in being the victim of a crime.

She should learn to not piss off ladies two times her size.
It wasn't the smartest thing to do lol.
Did you not see the part where that two times bigger then her pissed off lady shi7 kicked the fuke out of her?
Huge life lesson.

That's like saying there is no lesson to learn from jumping in front of a car.
Yes there is. Don't jump in front of a car. You will get hurt.
You really are a moron, aren't you??

Lol coming from a retarded conservative like you.
Keep heading west with all the retards.

Well I did not realize you were there ahead of the video. Why didn't you jump in?

I don't see those as the same thing at all.

I understand how everyone feels, however, i'm glad that the police and the prosecutor have video evidence.

Cause it's none of my business, and I wouldn't put myself in personal danger. That would have been taking the chance that I be injured by that crazed baboon. Again. Bad choices, good choices.

I owe her nothing.

I don't see those as the same thing at all.
Oh but they are, only they are on a level you can't understand because you lack the intelligence to comprehend.

For the life of me I cannot understand why such reasonably intelligent individuals continue to engage with such a lame troll.

It's all grist for my mill.

As it happens, there is a valid point behind Angie's douchebaggery. You are not safe. The laws will not protect you. The cops will not protect you (they might kill you). I'm not suggesting cowering in the bathtub staring at the world in paranoia, but many people do get in trouble assuming they can do anything (legal) they like and their "rights" will protect them.

And Angie's less irritating than the internet heroes who assure us they woulda jumped right in if they'd been there.

We should be able to assume that, it should be a given, and the fight should be against those who would give up on that notion completely. We should be collectively fighting for the kind of world we want to live in, not giving up because some people make that fight difficult.

And Angie's less irritating than the internet heroes who assure us they woulda jumped right in if they'd been there.
What you're not giving any consideration to is that type of commentary it is based upon normal human emotional reactions. Frankly I'd be far more worried if no one expressed outrage or a strong feeling of wanting to step in and right a wrong. It's a normal reaction, whether it's entirely realistic or not doesn't really matter. If you accept it for what it is, then you have a position from which you can get beyond it (in terms of discussion or debate) and get more to the heart of any topic. If one takes the (in complete agreement here) 'douchebaggery' approach, well then that's all you're ever going to get.

Never said you should give up. Just said you should go through your life understanding that your "rights" will not protect you from a violent thug, just as your "right of way" will not save you from an imbecile in a three-ton SAV. Due caution and situational awareness are important.

Normal human emotion is "that's terrible!" or "what an a$$hole!" or "I wish somebody had stepped in."

"By Gawd, if Ah wuz thar, I'da jumped raht in and guv thet thar varmint what-fer" is internet heroism.

pretty much what I said...yup

except I am more than certain there is a lot more to this story

but reporting the whole thing would not allow for the over the top emotional reaction ...

the victim here is the child

Yes. but nothing can justify beating a mom in front of her child. The attacker needs a set of balls so she can be kicked in them.

says an internet hero but most likely real world milquetoast.

many average people 'do something'.

p.s. your condescending and disparaging pet e-dialectisms do little to get your little point across.

have a nice day.

For that lame troll's sake, I hope the smug mug in its avatar is its own - 'cuz it's bound to be on some facial recognition software now. Violent crime and they who support it deserve the holes they dig for their stupid selves.

And Angie's less irritating than the internet heroes who assure us they woulda jumped right in if they'd been there.

Actually, bonehead, I'm on record as having done so on three occasions. You, internet lawyer?
