Another Problem fixed..........almost.
Got my bill the other day ....$68 overcharge for pay per view which I never use....
So I called them....and of course I get someone whose English is her second language since maybe last week....after trying in vain to make her understand and trying to understand what she is saying, I tell her only two words "English supervisor"......after repeating that a couple of times I get transferred to someone whose accent is Northern Ontario, and find out after a little chat that she used to live only about a hundred miles from Kap , and I find out that the order for the wrestling match I was supposed to have watched came by phone and the number that she relayed to me was a Toronto area number, but that the caller knew my home number which he/she had to know to be able to order a movie by phone, which they couldn't possibly watch since all three receivers are in my house.
Now it ended well for me, because she credited my account for the amount of $67.79, because as she could see I hadn't ordered a single pay per view in 14 years with Bell and she also disabled all future orders from my account.
I managed to match an address to that phone # and since I will be heading south shortly I may be paying that person a little visit...
