Not a life-form at all. It is unable to sustain basic life functions so not a sentient individual being of any kind. Doesn't matter what type of DNA it is not alive. There is human DNA in the ears they grow on rats etc, would you define them as human? Do you consider that ear 'alive'?

Human cells used to culture an ear are living human cells. They sure as sh-t aren't marmoset cells and they aren't dead.

The ear is a parasitic tumorous growth, nothing more. It sure isn't a human being. If I cut it off the rat and toss it away I certainly didn't commit murder.

Human cells stimulated to culture an ear aren't human but a parasite? What kind of parasite? Can the same species even be considered a parasite ?

You'd best look into what a parasites and tumours really are before using the terms
