Nothing stopping Mann or any of the other ecotards from putting up the cash to do their studies.

Fact is, he who pays the piper on this is the one that makes the decisions related to ownership and confidentiality.

I suggest that you call up Mann, The IPCC and the rest of the ecotards and see how much money that Flossy will need to front for the 'studies'.

Then you'll be in the position to publish it until your heart's content

The first graph goes back 1000 years and the second, 15 years. There's no basis for comparison there.
