You see, this type of insecurity can be a character defect in those that postgasm and just have too much to say...(akin to verbal diarrhea-ish types)...the trouble lays with some attention deficit internet whoar or poor sot thinking that they are so important that some/most/all of what they clickity-clack is good enough, smart enough and doggone it, makes people like them.
The quicksandy trap is that most of what any of us fools contribute does not warrant a reply.
The self-important egotists that believe otherwise end up in the rubber room and get the hose and lotion.

If you are going to claim that these situations are in any way comparable, I'm sure that you can actually defend that point. The constant evasion seems to indicate otherwise though.
Some people are so self centered and give so much importance to their personal opinion that they look down on anyone that has a different opinion from their own....
Discussion with such people is a waste of energy and time, so is getting mad at them, because all they are worth is a good laugh since they take themselves so seriously.............

Did you ever read your opening post in this thread? I'm surprised Loc is being this nice to you. lol.
If Loc's OP was considered demeaning to Gays or Gay marriage, I would have thought it more demeaning to Natives, yet I have yet to see an indignant comment from a Native in this thread.......

Under MillerTime taxes went up 4-5% a year and fees went up yearly as well. No new subway track was laid during the Miller regime (that wasn't already in the plans -- I think they did complete Downsview). Ford has kept the increases at a reasonable level. And some suburban streets are actually getting fixed. I will take the rest for that.
4-5% is not correct. It was never over 4%, and that was only once in his 7 years. Ford has also pushed new user fee increases in every budget, often on the people who can least afford them.
8.4 kms of new track and 6 new subways stations were funded and construction was started while he was in office. He also planned, found funding, and started construction on a plan to bring rapid transit to all corners of the city.
Ford's record is a joke compared to what he claimed he was going to do.
