Remember when George W. Bush was "incurious"?

Just curious...
Vernon Jordan, the big-time Washington lawyer (and a solid Democrat), tells the story of a golf game in which Obama was partnered with New York mayor Michael Bloomberg, who also is in a very select group of true experts on the financial markets.
Afterward, Bloomberg remarked that, through four hours of riding the cart with the mayor, Obama asked his golf partner not a single question about anything.

Sorry, got sidetracked there for a sec...

In 1972, Duke University professor James David Barber brought out a book that immediately was heralded as a seminal study of presidential character. Titled The Presidential Character: Predicting Performance in the White House, the book looked at qualities of temperament and personality in assessing how the country’s chief executives approached the presidency—and how that in turn contributed to their success or failure in the office.

Barack Obama is a very special man. Unique in all of human history. He's above criticism of any sort. He's the perfect man. He's unaccountable for any of his actions. He lives in a Special State of Grace.

Yep, lol. I also remember 'nuke-u-ler' and that one of the allies for America were the 'Pakki's'. Lol. Nobody could massacre the English language like poor old Georgie. :D

You know, I think all these political pundits and analysts do more to complicate politics than to simplify and explain it. Most of these issues, while important certainly, do not have to be analyzed to death they way they are. Issues should be simplified so that the average person understands and can take appropriate action. Right now, it's all bafflegarb.

But of course I do realize that is exactly the way that "they" (that infamous but ever elusive 'they') want it.

Many people have a philosophy that they are not willing to abandon for purposes of expediency. Tecumseh and Crazy Horse weren't willing to abandon their beliefs in order to get along. Do you subscribe to a philosophy of any sort?

I'm not following the point of your question.

Points:
Maybe Bloomberg isn't a safe source to confide in.
maybe Bloomberg is boring as hell
Maybe BO was politely listening to non stop Bloomberg

Quite probably, BO likes a 'time out' . a good chief exec concentrates on 15, or at most 21 key topics at one time. The rest is delegated.

If He would have asked a question it would of come out he was trying to influence peddle.
If he doesn't ask a question he knows everything.
Obama knew how to play the biggest round in his life politically. He is a lot smarter than
most gave him credit for. I personally like him even though I have questioned some of
his positions on some issues.

lol... 'the president didn't ask my opinion!' boo-hoo.

I may very well have misinterpreted your post, but it seemed to me that the ultimate gravamen of your post was that conservatives should accommodate Obama. That's why I responded the way I did. If I've made a mistake I apologize.

My point was simply that it sounded like sour grapes. Expecting someone to treat you a certain way, or defer to your knowledge on things, to the point where it makes it into media if you feel slighted, is incredible. It was what jumped out at me.
