it drives me fuking crazy, there's no logic involved... although have to say, I was that way about little Shrub but he didn't have two brain cells to rub together and my feelings for him came about as close as it is possible to hating a stranger who is pitifully challenged.

Politicians tend to drive me all crazy equally. Maybe because I'm always more interested in looking for the "other angle", lol. I just assume that if candidate A is driving me crazy then there's got to be some stuff about candidate B that's being overshadowed at the moment, that would drive me equally nuts.

Politicians, insurance adjusters, CRA auditors....they all circle that one level of hell.

That section 7 of the joint resolution entitled ``Joint resolution to codify and emphasize existing rules and customs pertaining to the display and use of the flag of the United States of America´´, approved June 22, 1942, as amended (36 U. S. C., sec. 172), is amended to read as follows:

``Sec. 7. The following is designated as the pledge of allegiance to the flag, ‘I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all’. Such pledge should be rendered by standing with the right hand over the heart. However, civilians will always show full respect to the flag when the pledge is given by merely standing at attention, men removing the headdress. Persons in uniform shall render the military salute.´´

Its as bad as the Canadian National Anthem they added the God stuff later
to impress some voters I suppose. God this and God that, it's all fluff.
I am not an atheist however I don't think we need the God in the pledge and

If someone doesn't believe in God it means nothing. If someone believes in

It has nothing to do with "PC." Our Constitution forbids Congress making laws respecting an establishment of religion.

Britain has a state religion. Discrimination against Catholics, Jews, and others are a long-practiced English tradition.

Our laws are different. Big shock.
