The difference is one of kind not of degree. Nowhere in Amerika is the failure of public schools and teachers greater than with young African americans.
The young Hispanics will give the black youth a run for their money on who is short-changed by the NEA and the department of Education but they will continue to support The Bamster because he is not white; very racist of them.
WHich begs the question" why is there a difference in schools based on race?
This racist sh*t can be a little overblown. Is there a problem with a person preferring one race over another if that is with whom they feel the most comfortable?
Could be because several hundred years experience with racist whites has led them to check their options.

Race relations between whites and Asians in the US are pretty good. Race relations between whites and latinos will improve because the latinos aren't consumed with rage. Race relations between whites and blacks won't improve. Blacks have a culture based on grievance. It is central to their identity. The only hope for blacks is to marginalize the white working class.
Willy and George were in for 8 years, so I don't particularly see it as a record.
