This is same modus operandi behind the scores of Muslim child sex trafficking gangs in Europe. Vulnerable pre-teen plied with durgs and alcohol. Sex jihad .... this is how it starts

CAIR-Washington's Omar Abdelbadie arrested for child rape, claims the 12-year-old was dressed "provocatively" - Atlas Shrugs

story

A University of Washington student accused of having sex with a 12-year-old girl he picked up in the University District has been charged with child rape.

Currently free after posting bond, UW Senior Omar Abdelbadie is alleged to have plied the girl with marijuana, brought her back to his apartment and had sex with her hours after they met. Abdelbadie, a 22-year-old originally from Bellevue, was described by prosecutors as a threat to community safety, despite his lack of a criminal history.

“The defendant is a danger to children given the circumstances of this crime where he met a 12 year old girl on the street, exposed her to marijuana, and took her to his home, where they had sexual intercourse,” Senior Deputy Prosecutor Carol Spoor said in court papers.

Wrap a rubber band around his ***** and scrotum, and wrap it as tightly as possible. Prevent him from removing it, and let the offending anatomy fall off as it decays! That way, he can rape no more little girls!

Take him to a shed with a vise in it. Put hus pecker in the vise, give him a rusty can lid and light the shed on fire. Let nature take it's course.

There are a few things about this article that bother me.

1. 'She was dressed provocatively' is not a valid excuse to violently rape a woman. It IS however, a valid reason to mistake the age of a 12 year old. I was super picky with how my daughter dressed because by 10 years old, she looked 16. So, in the context of this case, his statement doesn't necessarily read like the 'she had it coming' that the article tries to imply it is.

2. The girl smoked pot, went willingly, and never claims to have done anything against her will. While it still makes it statutory rape, it doesn't come across as the 'child rape' scenario that the articles try to paint.

3. It's made into a religious issue, despite the fact that there are two Muslim men involved in this story. One is being held up as an example of Islam by the author (the rapist), while the man who made sure the girl got home safe and sound, then phoned police, is being made out to be an exception.

I truly hope that this young girl gets help for whatever is going on in her life that at 12 would prompt her to get high and go home with a college student. And I really hope this man faces punishment for what he's done, and is put on a watch list for the rest of his life. But this article just strikes me as hinky.

Chances are he'll be charged, given suspended sentence and have to attend "John school".

What really irks me is around here is, there are mother/daughter teams on the streets. What kind of mother would get her daughter into it?

yes because: The girl left Abdelbadie’s home the following day. No one wondered where their 12 year old child was and reported her missing over night?

Some parents just don't care. Go do a ride in a needle exchange/condom van sometime. It'll screw you up for life.

Here's hoping it was a wake up call for them all.

wow...heartbreaking...some people really do not understand that there are those within our prison system who were given little choice as to their destination in life

Doesn't say whether he knew she was 12 or not, according to the article, before the pic where they plaster 'Knew She Was 12' across his picture. That's weird reporting.

[...]

A university senior accused of having sex with a 12-year-old girl told police the runaway was “dressed provocatively” when he met her near the University of Washington campus. Omar Abdelbadie, 22, was charged with second-degree child rape for the June 10 incident in which prosecutors say he smoked marijuana and had sexual intercourse with the girl he met after midnight in Seattle’s University District. Seattle CBS affiliate KIRO-TV reported:

“He thought she was dressed provocatively,” according to the police report. The victim told investigators she told Abdelbadie that she was 12 years old.

She says.

I don't understand where a 12 year old runaway who smoked drugs and spent the night with a college student, is the authority on what he knew and didn't know.

It seems like some pretty slanted reporting, and heavily slanted for a very specific reason.
