There certainly is.........but that does not mean I get an automatic pass on the requirements to stay here.....

And if they are not a citizen, they have no right to be here, so the reason they get booted is completely irrelevant.

Stated reason, unstated reason, or no reason at all.......just a whim. It is all good.

If I throw a party, I get to pick or collectively with my wife who I/we want to invite to the house, party crashers are booted out. It doesn't matter what religion they are.

Why should the country be different?

National Muslim advocacy group condemns Boston attacks

(Ottawa, Canada – April 19, 2013) - The Canadian Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-CAN) unequivocally condemns all violence and any attempts to justify violence against innocent people.

The latest reports from Boston indicate that two individuals of Chechen background are suspected to have been involved in the deadly attacks on the Boston Marathon earlier this week.

Some reports indicate that the two individuals may have been influenced by Al-Qaeda ideology which wrongfully justifies violence in the name of Islam.

Canadian Muslims join fellow global citizens to clearly denounce the killing of innocent people and to state that terrorism is antithetical to our faith and has no basis in authentic Islamic teachings.

“Canadian Muslims categorically denounce and repudiate these attacks on our American neighbours and friends by individuals who have distorted and perverted our faith to further their own political goals or personal agendas. We emphasize the sacredness of life, and reject any express statement or tacit insinuation that anyone should harm innocent people," says CAIR-CAN Executive Director Ihsaan Gardee.

CNN’s Candy Crowley on Sunday started to say that deceased Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev had posted “Islamic videos” online before apologizing and calling them “terrorist videos.”

“We know that both the CIA and the FBI were told by Russia, their counterparts, ‘You got to look at this guy, we think he’s been radicalized. We think he’s a terrorist,’” the “State of the Union” host told panelists. “Then we have the fact that up came these, at some point after a trip to Russia and before it, up came Islamic videos — or, I’m sorry, terrorist videos on his website. … At least one department, Homeland Security I believe, knew he’d either come or gone to Russia. And he’s putting up, you know, in praise of terrorism. Why in the world didn’t anybody think, oh, wait, this is a danger sign?

CNN reported last week that Tamerlan Tsarnaev “posted and then removed a video of a jihadist leader” who had ties to an Islamic militant group.
