I'd stick up for you if you'd just be honest.

Ummm...

All Canadian maximum security facilities are federal.

Any holding facility, treatmentt center, jail or prison would be the same laws.

It wasn't a proclamation of being in one.

Oh I understand that.

It wasn't me that qualified the facility as "Canadian maximum security prisons".

You have to be aware of the difference between a jail and a prison.

2 years less a day, you go to jail. 2 years, you go to a federal facility. You don't get sent to a "Max" for a provincial sentence.

This person is a nutter
If you're referring to yourself, yes.

For someone who claims to work in the court system yet has friends doing weekends (a bit of a conundrum) you seem to be uninformed of our prison system.

Any pre-trial holding facility is automatically a maximum security facility. They hold person's on either provincial & federal charges. These facilities are run on a provincial level which is also the level of court where most federal sentences are handed out. There are also provincial facilities that are considered maximum security (Ocalla in Burnaby was one and Brandon Lake in Nanaimo still is) or have maximum security wings or sections.

Now I think the OP is from a nutter also but had to point out the error in your statements.

For someone who just cried about how you would never talk to me again, you really are a whiny liar, lol, and a wrong one at that, lol.

That's awesome, he was being held on a provincial sentence for assault, in a provincial facility, not a, in his own words "Canadian maximum security prison". Lindsay is a provincially operated jail, as is Brock.

I already posted the differences between the two and links to their provincial webpages. If you weren't so quick to shoot your mouth off and embarrass yourself, yet again, you would have read that, instead of trying to look like you actually know what you're talking about.

That's great, now go back and read the OP.

Oh he's a nutter alright, just like you, and all you did was embarrass yourself even further.

Yep.

He does not anywhere in the OP state it is a federal facility. It is only in your small and inept mind that a provincial facility is not Canadian. In fact anything under and jurisdiction in this country, whether federal, provincial, municipal or your library card is Canadian. You like to try to show yourself as knowledgeable when really you are a buffoon more interested in looking like you know something more than others than in actual facts. Please do continue with your selective and incorrect interpretation of other people's statements in order to at least make yourself believe you are almost intelligent as I enjoy watching you be an idiot.

Dear Reader:

I have attained Handship status, Its an old tradition some know about and some do not, that's some personal information about myself

Congratulations. So far I'm only a Fingership myself, and only a Pinkieship at that.

On one of the "Prison Ranges" which is what people call the living areas for the inmates that the American Central Intelligence Agency and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service is criminaly invovlved with the tortures and rapes, they buy and sell and kidnap girls from all over the country/province,
How do you know it was the CIA? It ain't like they wear uniforms or li'l sticky badges that say "Hi. My name is Agent Smith, Central Intelligence Agency."

No you didn't. You don't have the ability to do that yet.

As I read more of your post, you list Lindsay, which is little more than a holding centre. Brock is a facility for people with mental conditions.

And I'm still interested in knowing how you were incarcerated in a Federal facility for a provincial sentence.

I agree - doesn't your sentence have to be over two years before going to a Federal Pen? Isn't that why some judges sentence some people for 2 years "less a day" so that they go to a provincial jail and not the Fed Pen?? At least that's my understanding...

Just askin....

I answered CDNBear in Private Message.

Scary stuff, I"v informed RCMP, OPP, United Nations Human Rights Council, bad thing is all the victims might still be inside, being sex slaves.

Trust me, it's just not some low level "jail rapes"

Are you the same Randy that states " I need a ffffkkin job". Would that be you?
