I'm not sure this accurately covers the stupidity this thread was filled with...

For discerning Bears with little free time, it'll certainly do.

Apparently the original poster of that gif had someone ask him for a diet water.

So there's your 'bar', lol.
WOW!

Given some of the crap in this thread and any one of the usual Jew haters threads, that bar will not be raised.

Every time i see the subject I know there is a tirade coming. There are treaties that were
signed by others that are still valid unless the grass doesn't grow and is no longer green
or the sky is no longer blue. There were other treaties that have been off again on again
affairs and they should be concluded. Some say the Native claims are for all the land and
more. That is alright, every negotiation is like that they don't expect to get everything but
do include all they can. Unions and Management and nations do the same when they
open a discussion round.
As for people being defeated in war and all that, those are excuses to continue the abuses
and we must have some conclusions to on going talks. We live in a modern society and we
are supposed to be civilized.
I am for having some meaningful conclusions

For some, unless you agree with the status quo, you're a racist. So narrowminded. Indians need development and bill C-45 will provide a start. Some bands want a chance for opportunity and change. The closed system needs to be opened up.

I googled Bill C-45 and quickly decided I didn't have 3 months to read it. I have only one question............"how much input did the Indians have in Bill C-45"?

All bills have a period for public or stakeholders to voice concerns.

Dear Gawd no.

I hate the status quo. I'm not a racist.

But you don't hate the status quo, you hate everyone that ain't white like you.

So narrowminded.
Yes you are.

Indians need development and bill C-45 will provide a start.
Is that what it will do?

Some bands want a chance for opportunity and change.
I know, mine is an industrious reservation with all manner of businesses small and large.
The closed system needs to be opened up.
Tell the Feds, it isn't our laws that are preventing it.

How about "Too stupid to live."?
So you would think.

Some report put out by Cda Corrections saying there are even more Indians in jail, many many more over the past 10 years. Yawn.

As long as the chiefs and lawyers get their dough, the $10 billion the fed govt doles out, no worries. The fed govt keeps the chiefs rich and the rank and file poor. Poverty in Canada equals crime and low education.

======================

Treaties are like the Bible, silly stuff written by old geezers who had no idea what was coming like rockets, birth control and backhoes. They weren't ready for modernity and the past is long gone. Time to stop the flow of cash to corrupt people.

Stole? Forced? No rights? After 400 years, they were idiots bedazzled by shiny buttons and whiskey? Keep dreaming.
The two of you are both racists. And also calling The aboriginal peoples "Indians" is HIGHLY insulting. They are not from India. Morons!

You're half right, but I don't believe calling "First Nations" "Indians" is insulting. People from India are known as "East Indians". First Nations or Aboriginals have historically been referred to as "Indians", my wife's family is "Indian" and they are not insulted by the term at all. We have "Dept. of Indian Affairs".

Well gee, if you're calling Petros a racist, I have to ask, who's the other one? Because so far your observation skills are not dazzling.

You're funny, SLM, I wouldn't dream of thinking the other one is Dumpy, he's just "discriminately" challenged!-:)
