Technically speaking blasphemy should definitely be a criminally stupid insane offense. Who can doubt and disobey the supreme and expect any less condemnation. God just has to be globalized. Just a tiny bit of revision and I'm sure the misunderstanding can be resolved with minimal bloodshed.

Seems to me, if we were to start beating up high profile imams and threatening to kill all Muslims because we were mad about Islamic terrorists, that would be a bad thing, right?

Apparently so are Christianity and western freedom if you look at the opposition to gay marriage, attempts to repeal abortion rights, and debates surrounding birth control.

“Rafah is an Islamic emirate. No to Christians on the land of Islam.” The notes were signed in the name of Geish al-Badiya al-Islami (The Islamic Army of the Desert), and declared Rafah an Islamic emirate. The Copts were ordered to leave town in the matter of 48 hours.
When the Copts did not leave town, masked men on a motorcycle shot at Mamdouh Nassif, the Coptic owner of a grocery shop in Rafah, while in his shop. Nassif said that he threw himself on the floor to escape the shots which bombarded the chair he was sitting on. The refrigerators and the cabinets in the shop were damaged, and the glass front of the shop was shattered. Nassif said the armed forces patrol squad stationed close by never moved to investigate the matter till it received higher orders.

Here's a fact, Jihad Watch is a hate site. Any moron posting crap from that site is a joke to me and should be treated accordingly.

That's so unbelievably lame a cop out. Jihadwatch is not a source, it's a portal. They don't make stuff up, they cite everything they post. In this case it came from here: | WATANI |

It's a hate site the sole existence is meant to spread propaganda and incite hatred towards Islam. , by it's very definition is going to skew facts, mislead and just flat out lie. It's utterly biased against Islam.
If I was an idiot like you and I wanted to defame Judaism I could go to killjews.com or neonaziparty.org or some nonsense horse**** site and start copying and pasting down "facts" against Jews and use it to incite hatred. Hey "they don't make stuff up" ! They cite everything!!

Ahhhh....trying to deflect the facts because you don't like the website is a classic FAIL.

Even if you had a point about the site (which you did not, btw), your original contention has been dealt with, other sources of the same information have been provided, so anyone with half a clue would know it is time to deal with the issue or STFU.

Guess that leaves you out.
