- Although rarely reported by the worshipful MSM, Barack Obama continues to say things that make rational and informed voters with IQs higher than room temperature in celsius question his suitability for the presidency.

- Last week management-trainee-in-chief Obama made a number of obaminable commnets and here are some of the more disturbing ones.

- Slect your favourite Obamination of The Week and vote early and often as they say in Obama's stomping ground of Chicago.

1/ While too busy to meet the prime minister of Israel even though the Iranian nuclear program continues and the Muslim world is exploding with anti-West demonstrations and violence and the Muslim Brotherhood rulers of Egypt are making noises about ending their relatively peaceful co-existence with Israel, Obama is never too busy to make time for The View, Leno and Letterman. Lats week on Letterman, he said that he "didn't know the precise amount of the federal debt when he took office" and that said federal debt was "not a concern for Americans in the short term".

2/ While wooing the Latino vote on the latino TV channle Telemundo (sic), Obama was somewhat discombobulated to encounter a TV interviewer who kissed his ring but refused to kiss his ass. Under somewhat aggressive questioning as to why he didn't keep his promises to Latinos and others to reform immigration, Barry came up with the bogus excuse (it was bogus because he had a two year super majority in congress) that you "could only achieve real reforms from outside Washington rather than from inside Washington". Translated, this means that he is too arrogant and too lazy to try to work with congress and prefers the route taken by most dictators such as Venezuela`s Chavez (who is publicly endorsing Obama) which is to bypass the legislative branch entirely and instead con the unschooled masses through demogogery.

3/ On 60 Minutes last night, Barry Obama said that Israel "was one of the US's closest allies in the Middle east" and that he simply ignored "all the background noise" coming from such folks as Israeli prime minister Netanyahu when it comes to dealing forthrightly with Imanutjob and Iran on the Iranians' nuclear program and ambitions. One can only speculate what other ME countries rate as being as close US allies as is Israel in the unusual and secretive mind of Obama.

- So what was the Obamantion of The Week ... its your vote.

-Always use dashes to start paragraphs

2/Don't forget to use numbers as well

-It's really annoying to read, shows poor editing and composition skills.

Didn't you hear what Santorum said? The intellectual elite of America will never vote for the Republicans.

As to the rest of what you say... I cannot see past the partisanship to see any actual substance.

The dreaded MSM, villain of the week.

These scumbags are more dangerous at times that a sitting government. Whether they are complicit, water carriers, propaganda merchants, protagonists or ultra partisan...they know that, at least for the short term foreseeable future, numbutz will swallow everything they tell them. They make much the 'news' and if they haven't, they'll see to it that their bent is heard. It's nefarious to a point. Not conspiratorial but not healthy for a second.

I don't care who they are. The more power their owners have the more influence over the ignorant. And there are too many of those sort walking around or slouched onto La-Z-Boys® unsupervised than we need.

- Locutus ... Very well said! It reminds me of a Sir John A. MacDonald quote, "Given a weak opposition and an apathetic press, we can bebauch a choir of archangels." Trouble is the current media situation is even wrose than that because it is not an apathetic press but a fiercely partisan press which may successfully brainwash enough voters in November to re-elect a president who as Clint Eastwood said "is the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people", someone woefully unqualified to have become president and someone who has failed massively on every front from the economy to the debt to uniting the country to foreign policy.

- Here is a telling commentary from Ben Stein about related mischief from the liberal MSM:

Don't look now, but Islam is becoming the MSM's official religion of America.

Don't look now, but Islam is becoming the MSM's official religion of America.

Now, it's not just that no one bats an eye at the amazing truth that the United States is beaming TV ads all over Pakistan apologizing for a derogatory Internet trailer for a nonexistent movie demeaning the being that Muslims call "The Prophet Mohammed." No one in the MSM even slightly hints that doing the kowtow in the same country that sheltered Osama bin Laden to a group that reveled in, delighted in the terrorism against American civilians and still provides the framework for the terrorist Haqqani network, might be humiliating and an insult to the memory of the great Americans who were murdered just last week in Libya.

No, we just take it in stride that our President and our Secretary of State will apologize to the people who hate us and want us dead. That's not what I am referring to.

I am referring to something worse: Have you noticed that in the past few years, and especially in the past few weeks since the murder of the Ambassador and his guards and colleague in Benghazi (a city that Erwin Rommel loved and whose inhabitants he praised), whenever the New York Times refers to Mohammed, they always call him, without quotation marks, The Prophet Mohammed, as if everyone with any sense understands that OF COURSE Mohammed is The One True Prophet and that it's just understood that Mohammed is The Prophet.

I see this in other news outlets and on TV, too. Sober-looking newsmen and newswomen mention Mohammed as The Prophet Mohammed. No ifs, ands or buts. I hear it on the BBC World Service, too.

Now, if Muslims want to believe that Mohammed is The Prophet, God bless them. Fine and dandy. If anyone wants to believe that, good luck to him or her. But why does our mainstream media here in the USA, an overwhelmingly Christian country, refer to Islam's prophet as "The Prophet"?

Have you ever seen any major newspaper here in the USA refer to Jesus Christ as "The Son of God, God Incarnate, The Lord Jesus Christ"? Can you imagine the New York Times running a story about a crucifix resting in urine at an "art gallery" as an offense against "The Lord Jesus, Son of God"? Can you imagine any large newspaper in this country running a story about the Pope and referring to him as "The Holy Father, The Bridge Between Heaven and Earth"? Or about Mary, as "Holy Mary, Mother of God"? It would never happen.

But somehow, probably because the people writing the articles and editing them or the producers on TV news shows fear being beheaded -- and who doesn't? -- we have adopted in our media the Muslim assertion that Mohammed is The Prophet while giving other religious figures the back of our media hand.

This is frightening. We are not supposed to be doing obeisance to a religious group that has many adherents who want us dead. We are not, as journalists, supposed to be labeling anyone as "The" Prophet. But somehow, it's happening. The MSM has become a voice for Islam.

Hitler saw it long ago. Terror and fear of violence can bring about amazing changes in people's behavior. So can a misguided political correctness and self-loathing for the greatest nation on earth.

I overheard a conversation between two women at a dining table just yesterday. One said, "I don't care what anyone says, Obama is a Muslim" (she has said it before) and the other said, "He's not a Muslim. He's just stupid."

I didn't say anything to them. I am just telling you, these do not feel like normal days. They feel like latter days.

There is just a feeling in the air, a look in the sky at dusk, a look on people's faces. Fear is everywhere. Mr. Obama cannot lose this election unless enough people believe it's within their power to stop the ticking of the clock, and I do not feel that groundswell. Not at all. When the American media turns its back on our own religions of tolerance and adores a religion of intolerance, times are upside down. The MSM says it's all fine, trust The Prince of Grant Park, Chicago. But I have always preferred the admonition, "Put not your trust in princes." Something is wrong.

Ben Stein? Really? You've gone so far as to quote game show hosts?

Notice, however, that his article doesn't start every paragraph with a dash or a number. He was probably taught well by the editors at Esquire.

- Has it ever occured to you two simplistic left wing morons that:

1/ There are several major and critical issues other than just health care in this election so that one woman displaying one poster about her particular health problems does not "say it all" as to whom one should choose in this election even if you two losers are male nurses?

2/ The Obamacare bill is a 2700 hundred page albatross that nobody has actually even read through let alone understood but it clearly will require a huge increase in bureaucracy to monitor the implementation of the bill and huge increases in taxes and penalties in paying for and enforcing it which will mean further trillions of dollars of borrowed money from the Chinese that the US will owe, has already kept thousands of businesses from hiring more staff and will further hobble short to mid term economic and employment growth?

3/ Romney has already pledged to keep several significant parts of Obamacare intact including forcing the insurance providers not to discriminate or refuse insurance due to pre-existing conditions and enabling children to be retained on their parents' policies until age 26 so that the problem this woman with the say which you two morons claim "says ti all" would not be problem under a Romney administration?

4/ The first and most successful and most affordable universal health care plan was introduced by, wait for it, MITT ROMNEY as governor of Massachussets (sic) and that these kinds of plans are best left to the states to introduce and implement just as it the case up here in Canada and the best person to provide federal leadership to encourage the states to do so is Mitt Romney who, unlike Obama, actually has a clue about universal health care?

5/ Any idiot can make extravagant and wasteful and unaffordable promises using other people's money but the acid test (unless you are on acid which with you two is certainly possible) is whether or not a president or other leader has taken his inherited situation however difficult it may be and made things either better or worse and, if the latter, then said leader needs to be turfed out?

I didn't think so!

Not for nothing but Jon Stewart from the Comedy Channel is quoted by the lefties in here quite often. Even he made the comment that he follows a show with puppets making crank calls and the show after his is a cartoon.

- ES ... Ten Penny is an idiot so I usually ignore him and accordingly I ignored his stupid reference to Ben Stein which was his usual drive by lefty smear having nothing to do with the topic Stein was writing about.

- But in case you don't know, Ben Stein is a hellava lot more than a mere game show host. He graduated with an honours law degree from Princeton, wrote speeches while in his mid 20s for President Nixon, has written over a dozen best selling books and delivered countless speeches and lectures on politics, business and investing, is a regular on several TV business and poltiical panels, has made a personal fortune in the market and, to sum up, is better qualified for president than most candidates and certainly than Obama.

- Even his game show was impressive in that he put up his own money (the show was titled "Win Ben Stein's Money") against the winning challenger who had to beat two other contestants in a general knowledge quiz and who then had a chance to beat Ben and win his money. Hardly anyone ever did. Nobody else among the standard game show hosts would have dared to do this.

- If you actually take Ten Penny seriously, you will be seriously misinformed.
