Must have had that confused with the Vietnam war, neither war accomplished much..
Our troops were there too. And yea it didn't accomplish much except keep the military industrial complex rolling in dough.
No "Ann Coulter" AKA taxslave (lol) Canada was not involved in the Vietnam war. Some Canadians enrolled through the U.S. military, that's it..and later granted U.S. citzenship if they survived.. lol

Better check farther because in about 1986 I worked with a guy that was in the Canadian army in Vietnam. He had serious problems that I now think would be PTSD.
sure Ann Culter.. I'll get right on that..sometime before the next century.
According to Wiki Canada had troops in Vietnam in 1973 to enforce the Paris Peace Accords. But you are free to believe whatever you wish.
Technically, Canada took a "neutral" stance on Vietnam. That being said, many Canadians fought in Vietnam with the americans.

The Canadian Government was neutral, not directly involved in the war.. however, "Canadian's" did play a big part, close to 30,000 enlisted in the US military.
Canada's Involvement In The Vietnam War
Which is what I said earlier..
here..
The person I knew was in the Canadian army and did see fighting. Even peacekeeping troops get fired on.
Canadian troops were stationed along Ben Hai valley - the Seventeenth Parallel - as observers as part of UN's commitment to the Paris Peace Accords between 1973 and the end of 1975

Tax all war profits and this will go a long way towards ending wars.
I think I said they were stationed along Ben Hai Valley to observe. If you choose to interpret observation as combat, that would be up to you - no matter how incorrect that may be. Be advised that observers quite often get in the line of angry fire.So you're saying they were in combat so could be considered as being IN the Vietnam war.
