Letting the banks file for court orders for possesion happens after you choose not to pay. Pay and you aren't letting anyone touch your home.
And if you couldn't afford to pay, why on earth did you take out that mortgage in the first place?
So you employment ends as a result of your business closing down and in a stagnent society a replacement job isn't happening yet you choose to use the term' choose not to pay' to get your point across. Reference me one instance where ability to pay was not done by choice. I was referencing home being taken when the payment are made

Better question, why would the bank give you the money in the first place?
There is no question the banks shouldn't have given the money. But they did and its now their right to try to recover it if its not repaid. You can't complain that the home you got from money you shouldn't have gotten is now somehow protected from the people (however stupid) who loaned you the money in the first place. They are not owed a free house. Suck it up and deal with it.
I never said they weren't entitled to the building, how do they get reimbursed for their losses by getting tax-payer money is my question.. That doesn't cover the events where the home was paid for or a payment made 'goes missing', those are examples of a corrupt bank, Iceland ended that predatory practice, it means all other Nation just aren't that smart, period. Welfare recipients don't qualify for a mortgage at any bank, besides get a few roomies (also on welfare) and the payments can be made in theory. In reality you might get burned by many of your 'renters'. I couldn't swear to this but to get welfare don't you need to almost have no valuable possessions? ie expensive car

Take this example, since WWI the loser has been saddled with all costs (loans @ interest) of the war. Make it so the bank has to give the money but no repayment is allowed for. Soon as that was implemented war would become a part of the past.
