Interesting! The US can demand extradition of people from other countries to be held in the US but they sneak there own out of other countries so they can't be held for trial in countries they commit crimes in. Nice bit of hypocrisy, or what? Must be nice to be the biggest bully in the sand box (for now). Can't wait until a new bully comes along and smacks them down once and for all.

A new bully. lol. Grow up will you! Jeez... what a whinny puppy you are.

Step on up hippie! lol

China has you by the economic balls. Don't get too cocky dude.

Did you just discover that? Is that new news?

Hiding behind China's skirt are you? Hoping they'll beat us up? lol. You sound like you belong in a sand box.

But, it's the duty of the US, as the Leader of the Free World, to hold everyone else accountable to their laws, while not being accountable... for their own laws.

Yes, heavy sarcasm there.

I personally am tired of the US thinking it can do, and actually do-ing, everything it wants and no one putting a stop to it.

Give it your best shot!

I admire your honesty. I follow some conservative law blog (well... libertarian) and I was happy to see that the realization that governments get to enforce laws because they hold a monopoly on the use of force seems to be at least somewhat common amongst certain groups of lawyers. Somehow, in the end, law just seems to come down to "might is right".

If his site was founded on pointing people to child porn it wouldn't matter, so why should this? The content he profits from is stolen US property. If such was ok then anyone could set up complex ownership structures and launder digital goods through a series of networks. Then no one is responsible for anything (except the government.. as usual), which is the way some feel about nearly everything.

The US has no jurisdiction over what a person does in the UK. If officials in the UK want to charge him they can do it. If a person kills an American while in the UK the US wouldnt be able to have the murderer brought back to the US, so why should they with this guy?

Several sites already do this.
