I liken this Liberal leadership race like a race for who is to be first on Pluto!

This idiot will NOT be running for the Liberal leadership. Many here may not like the Libs and may feel that the leaders they have had recently are idiots (Dion and Ignatieff), this moron makes every single Liberal leader look like a brain surgeon.

How do you know what conservatives believe? Don't you have to read?

I have a magic 8 ball. I asked it if most Conservatives believe the environment is a conspiracy theory, and it said yes. My magic 8 ball is not only my political adviser, but my secret lover too!

So, the truth is, you're not only brain dead, but you're a troll too.

And you want a Leadership Position in some party and you don't read so much?

Considering that they had a leader that was incoherent in both official languages not surprising. This one must be under 30 and thinks that every thing can be done in 40 character twits.

You have a problem understanding Jean? If you had pulled your head out of your ass you wouldn't have had that problem. I had no problem understanding the man.

Neither did I, he was as easy to understand as Trudeau:

Divide; conquer; and to hell with the West and anything that concerns them because they don't vote for me anyway.

Ya...isn't it a bitch when you worry more about the majority that elect you rather than the minority that doesn't. Democracy, what a crazy frickin idea eh.......

Tyranny of the majority isn't always democracy. Democracy should be about whats best for the entire nation, not just the 35% that support you. The same holds true for Harper & Co now but they haven't shown that same tendency (for all their faults).

How that is decided, is by everybody voting in their own interest. Which is why we have public education, etc. The PM may be a Conservative, but he is a smart one.

He breaks his promise about the Senate and about increasing the House, but he only does so, because it benefits him.

I hope Conservative voters now stop acting self righteous about how Liberals/NDP break their word, as Conservative candidates are also politicians, and therefore do politician things.

Oh, here we go with the pathetic 'he picked on the West' stuff.

It's a good thing that Alberta is full of Maritimers, because I think the natives (ie, native Albertans, not Native Canadians) would be too busy crying about how they were treated to get anything done.

We've been pretty good at multi-tasking on this one. Last I checked, Alberta was leading the country (possibly the continent) in economic development.

lmao Easy to understand? That's understating it by parsecs. "A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven."
Jean Chretien
Comments like that come from 6 year-olds. lol

"Deficit reduction is not an end in itself. It is the means to an end. Canadians must now decide what kind of country they want to build with the hard-won dividend."
Jean Chretien
Deficit elimination and profit would be a dividend. Deficit reduction is just what it is. There's no dividend until you have NO deficit.

Yeah, ChRETIeN is easy to understand. Whatta dipshyte he is.

lol We have a democratic country when it's an election day. The rest of the time we live in a plutarchy.

How that is decided, is by everybody voting in their own interest.
Bullshyte. You really think everyone only votes with their own interests in mind?
I hope Conservative voters now stop acting self righteous about how Liberals/NDP break their word, as Conservative candidates are also politicians, and therefore do politician things.
Now that, I can agree with. The rule of thumb around here is that all politicians are liars and guilty until proven innocent.

Oh, here we go with the pathetic 'he picked on the West' stuff.
Turdeau didn't pick on the west..... well except for springing the NEP on it. Mostly he just alienated the west.

It's a good thing that Alberta is full of Maritimers, because I think the natives (ie, native Albertans, not Native Canadians) would be too busy crying about how they were treated to get anything done.
Actually most of us have gotten past Turdeau. We just haven't forgotten about him. No-one I know lives their life according to how much of a turd Turdeau was.

Is it not in your best interest to have roads, health-care, education?
It's in EVERYONE's best interest. For instance, I think it's in everyone's best interest to have good education and so I don't mind paying a part of it even though I have no direct benefit from it. I give to charities, too.
People do things other than just for self-interest, you know.

Yes, you're right about charities, but when I said everyone's self interest, I was using it in a general term. It is in everyone's self interest that we have good government, and as long as the majority feel that way, then that is what we will have.

But I do get what you're saying.
