Yes, La Nina should have some effect on global climate. It is one of the natural forces governing global climate.

Now that we have gotten that far, did you have a point to make?
Sure do. Why are other oceans cooling too? Why did the Atlantic cool off of the west coast of Africa? It's not part of La nina. Is it? Why was la Nina extended another year?

Did the models predict that?

La Nina is a cooling force.

All climate scientists (including AGW proponents) know this.

I never realized that my calling you Tonni's sidekick for all this time bothered you so much... You should have said something

Speak up Ton...How was your summer? Nice and chilly?

Nope not posts at all. He just happens to live in a climate directly driven by ocean temps. What did the oceans drive this year?

Thank you for finally getting to the point.

You made a correct observation in that you can have certain regions affected specifically by other "forcings" like La Nina. During that period, temperatures in some areas will drop. Despite the drop that resonates from that cycle, global temperatures keep rising.

Since when do two oceans cool at the same time in la Nina? Co-indkydink?

Give me the full info. so I can put this into perspective.

Also, fleece the sheep. His baas are starting to get annoying now.
