There hasn't been much sunshine in NS lately. I don't think its the government's fault the this couple needs grow lamps.

You should not be forced to pay for something you can grow on your own. I don't want to put too much of a conspiratorial spin on it, but, the day you can buy a plant but aren't allowed to cultivate it yourself is the day we're a step closer to having agri-corp companies completely controlling our food supply.
They mostly already do and are working hard to close the gap to complete control.

The only option to yur own legal grow op is to gorilla grow out in the bush. Riskier but better quality when naturally grown.

I fully agree, but it should still be available at the drugstore so people aren't forced to get gov't subsidy to grow their own.

Every province has a Trout Lake.
