I said 'organized' religion...people are free to believe in whatever higher power they please. It is the few leaders of the organizations that use religion to influence opinions in a negative manner and justify murders and invasions and oppression of others we should be rid of. Chritianity and Islam have waged wars for thousands of years based upon interpretations of historical stories, and yes they are just stories, there is very little evidence that any of it is true. Neither side is any better than the other in this respect.
I should also just point out again that they are human beings, not animals, unless your refer to the human animal which would include all of us. Calling an entire creed of people animals is a demonstration of prejudiced, shallow thought ingrained in your head by people who are worse than those you refer to as animals.

Hebrew is a specific language, a passport would classify somebody from there as an Israeli, Hebrew would include members in Israel and in other Nations would it not?
Would you see operation Cast Lead as being like or dislike the original incidents? book burning = attacks from Gaza Cast Lead = UN members being attacked. My view is all 4 events could be avoided if that is where the true objective was.

Not all Jews agree with the state of Israel, I do not. I believe there should be a joint state of 'palesreal' where everybody can live in peace, which is what most of the actual people want. It is ,as usual, a few radicals under the influence of the US that continue the fight for purely geo-political reasons.

The Bible is quite clear on what a person should do if evil come knocking on your door (inside your house is self defense, chasing somebody several blocks is premeditated). You become part of the sword that is the defense against evil as defined in Romans 13. God has a different way of looking at that same sword being in another Nation.
Israel came up with a documnet that was to be signed by every refugee (about 1,000,000 in the first year from the date UN 181 was signed) that made them promise to be 'good neighbors' to the same ones that had just chased the off the land (through violence) less than a year before. That should be the first issue to be resolved rather than delay, delay, delay for eternity.
