You'd think that law was written in stone wouldn't you. But as you can see from ,y post, not only will Immigration Canada, allow babies born here to obtain citizenship, they allow babies flying through our airspace citizenship.

Well that is what they said. They said the child qualifies for Canadian citizenship. I would imagine the parents have to apply according to the law.

As for speaking the language. We have whole communities and industries, that dictate that that portion of the immigration act, is not being enforced.

You're my bud in here...but I think you are wrong. I am sure they are here to stay, I am sure that many circumvent the system, but I doubt they become citizens until they apply to become one.

We do have huge communities of Chinese, that live in complete isolation, and have chosen to stay within that community for whatever reason, that are citizens, under the law, that can not effectively communicate in English or French.

As you can see from the article, I posted, the bureaucrats at immigration Canada, acknowledged that a child born in Canadian airspace, was eligible for Canadian citizenship.

I realize the immediate exiting of the womb on Canadian soil does not an instant Canadian make. But the chances of immigration Canada saying no, is pretty slim.

Would you be surprised that myself, and my oldest boy, were not immediate citizens of Canada, when we were born?

That's a deliberate misinterpretation of his post. Where does he condone abuse or say something negative about Jews? He's pointing out hypocrisy of people who are willing to overlook Israeli war crimes and crimes against humanity, yet condemn an entire religion for oppressing of women. Islam, like Judaism and Christianity covers an entire spectrum of beliefs.

BTW, I don't condemn or defend people based on their religion, but by their actions. If you abduct children and hold them as human shields at gun point as you march into enemy territory, you are a war criminal, regardless of your religion.
