Soooo... what exactly is your argument CUBert? In about 5 minutes I was able to Google both terms, read and differentiate between the two organizations. There are some similarities, I mean both organizations hate Israel, both are Islamic militias with political arms and both are considered terrorist organizations by most of the world (except for countries like Iran and Syria) but they are not the same in terms of location and while Hamas does form what passes for a Palestinian gov't in Gaza, their rise to power is more a detriment to Palestinians than a benefit: what use is a gov't that advocates what amounts to a perpetual state of aggression against a better armed and supported foe?

Those weapons just ensure reprisals from Israel & more Palestinian deaths, so they're not exactly protecting anyone.
Israel doesn't provide Palestinians with aid, they steal most of their aid.
Also Iran doesn't even supply Hamas with weapons, they supply them with money. Money used for food and other things for survival.
If it wasn't for Iranian support and the Saudi's, Palestinians would be dropping dead of starvation.
