Judicial Review of taser happy cops.

Lawyer Richard Peck is going to review the decision not to charge the police involved in the taser death of Robert Dziekanski. What is left to possibly review? I would venture to say Peck is one of very few British Columbians who see any doubt in the guilt of the thugs.

I thought the review was more on the side of charging them rather than not. They lied. They are guilty and at the very least, they should be fired.
