Oh, no!!! No electricity? What happened?

I think it's really weird that the one station we couldn't get was Fox.

Um, I don't think you're going to like the Lee performance with Chicago...

Enjoyed Kris giving Lee and Crystal the cars.

I went to MJ's blog briefly but you get stuff like "OMG Kris was horrible." Ridiculous **** like that. So I'm not going back there, they make me sick.

OMG, they had to give another shout out to Adam Lambert! Ryan, talking about great Idol moments. Summertime by Fantasia, something by Carrie, Mad World by Adam (He was introducing "Pants On The Ground."). It reminded me of when he announced Adam as mentor. Because he said the name like he was expecting a reaction, and ... *crickets* Or so it seemed to me. I could be wrong.

That was nice of Rushfield. I never know where his head is at, though! Oh well. Norman loves him some Kris.

Band pic-- hilarious. Torres is not really photogenic. I always notice that because in person he's really good looking.

It's funny watching a tribute for Simon when I feel not a shred of warmth for Simon. It's just very boring to me.

I'm kind of trying to follow everything from here, MJ's, twitter... I take it I'm not missing that much? Except a song with a lot of previous Idols? I know David's at a charity event, but all the other winners are there, I think he probably should have been there as well.

Oh, Lee won?

Aw, Lee is all choked up. I did buy more Lee music than anyone.. but do not really want Beautiful Day sang badly... lol But it's a better song than No Boundaries. For sure.

The song started with all the Idol winners sort of in order but with Taylor after Jordin, and minus Cook -- then a huge amount of former contestants came out and sang too.

Oh, Lee sounds bad...

And -- it ends.

Well, I actually had a slight tear in my eye when Simon spoke. It was gracious. But just a slight tear.

Sorry, missaddicted, every time I criticize Lee I think I'm probably offending you. I'm sure he sounds good on his albums, but he didn't, tonight, at all.

Hm...the local Fox news is going to be replaying Siobhan's performance "in its entirety" later in the broadcast (I'm watching the news).

Siobhan did not get much of a song to showcase her voice. I have to confess I didn't watch this show too close. I'm doing laundry and house repairs. Did Tim get a guest star?

Yeah, he couldn't hold a tune if his life depended on it.
Crystal deserved it. She was robbed.
This will be the last Idol I watch...

You're not offending me. I don't think he sounds awesome either and he's awkward on stage, but I find that when he sounds good, he really sounds good.

And we're always saying that Kris improved a lot since Idol, so I'm going to let Lee the chance to improve as well. But of course, Kris was already way better than Lee when he was on Idol.

All the winners were wearing colour in their clothes and the non-winners wore white.

I like Lee's recorded voice, but live he's a mess. He'll improve.. that's what the tour is for.. that and make buckets of money for 19.

You always see the silver lining, but this time I think you may be overly hopeful.

Anyhow, if the guy won AI, he should be better than a mess who may possibly improve, right? I don't get his popularity. I think it was engineered by the show, somehow.
