Lynday didn't mention Kris by name in her intro. Adam, Allison, and Matt. Hm. "Heartless"? Is one song.

I can't sit through 10 minutes of Norman. What did he say?

Still kinda watching that Come Together video from San Antonio.. awesome.

I figure Lyndsay didn't really mean anything by leaving Kris out. She's come around on Kris.. now if this was last year.. it would be war.. lol.

Norman just said that Kris was one of nicest people he'd ever met, and then he said the same about Adam. He said they were beyond nice, and he foudn it hard to judge season 8 since he was on it.

He liked Crystal and Lee but thought Simon was pushing Lee harder because Crystal had no competition. He also liked Siobhan the best.

Now, Alex and Chris Sligh.. not having so hard a time judging this season. Have you read their twitter comments? LMAO.

So the Allen's are hanging out with the Cook's (as per Andrew) (why do I love that so much??? LOL)

That's funny, I seem to have heard all of his interview except what he said about Kris-Adam.

Chris Sligh. Didn't he say some nasty stuff about Kris last season? He's a former contestant, that's all I know.

I tried watching the Idolatry with Aaron Kelly last night. I couldn't really warm to him, for some reason. He was kind of charmless (like so many others this season). I only watched about half of it.

Today on Kiss 108, they advertised the Kiss concert footage on their website by saying you could go there and see "Adam Lambert, and Kris Allen, in one of his last moments as the reigning American Idol." Heh. Last week they weren't even mentioning him.

Hee! I don't remember ever watching Aaron's - although that's not saying much. I might have watched it and forgot it.

I think he did, I also think he said some positive stuff. Chris wrote that letter to the former contestants on his blog. Remember that? Very truthfully I thought. But oh it didn't go over well with them. He's not the most tactful. LOL - maybe he could replace Simon.

Kiss concert should advertise Kris. Kris rocked it. :)

When this band gets out on the road.. they are going to knock people out with how good they are. No doubt.

I love it too! Even more because David is actually in Kansas City, so they're actually just hanging out with Andrew, LOL.

I did watch Aaron on Idolatry! Not too bad, and he actually said some knollish stuff, LOL.

Okay, I saw what he said about Kris and Adam. Hey, do you remember reading an interview with Kris back then, when the person asked Kris, "What do you think of Norman Gentle mocking the show?" And Kris said something like, "He's not mocking the show. He's just doing his thing and he's really good at it. He's hilarious."

I didn't watch it all, but I remember Aaron talking about something knollish having to do with song selection, maybe? Anyway, refresh my memory? Maybe?

Well, first, he said that when he did Ain't No Sunshine, the band changed the key of the song on performance day. He had been sick before and they thought it would be better, but Aaron didn't seem to agree at all.

Also, he said that the song lists they get are actually shorter than what they had up on iTunes. He said there were sometimes only like 12 songs on the list (Big Mike apparently said the same thing in another interview).

Oh, I just watched the Come Together video. Definitely the best thing I could do before going to bed!

Did you see the Heartless video by the same user? Totally worth for the usual reasons and you have a bonus in the background (a guy in a shinny tank top totally grooving).

Thanks, missaddicted. Kris is coming up in the world. I do not want Kris to do country. But whatever they collaborate on will probably suit both their styles so I wouldn't expect anything too country. Of course he's damn lucky to be in the position of Keith Urban agreeing to record with him. Keith is huge, and Kris is ... not huge. (Yet.)

Anyhow, I'm really happy with how things are going for Kris. :)

I can't watch Heartless/GP right now. Will later. (Can't watch the "17" thing, either.)

Tonight should be somewhat exciting. Lots of big performances planned. They'll probably spend a lot of time on Simon though...

Seems Forbes updated their numbers... Kris still stayed in 10th position, but his total is now at $1,7M! They more than doubled his amount gained!

Oh, wow, their numbers were WAY off. Like we thought. LOL

Ever since Kiss a Girl on finale night .. not gonna lie.. kind of love Keith for being so awesome. Boys of Summer.. also awesome. Therefore if they work together.. it's gonna be awesome.

The really good thing about Kris performing tonight is the Number of viewers. even non-Idol watchers might tune in to see Simon's last show, now that also is a double-edged sword since he might get lost in the shuffle..of the 2 million ex-idol's returning.. but he is the outgoing Idol.

oh and also.. yikes on the photos. LMAO

Guys... HELP!
For some reason my Fox station is not coming in. It's just a black screeen with no sound. I called the cable company, but they can't fix the problem. Quick...do you know of a live stream or something I can watch online??

I found it. Some one at MJ's blog posted the live feed.

It reminds me of watching Canadian Idol. The picture is awful. just like that. Ha.

Wow, that was a beautiful version of The Truth. The haircuts were nice.

I hate to complain...(yeah, right)... but a better intro would not have been objectionable to me. Like, mentioning LLWD having sold platinum, something like that. Maybe a little intro film. Or mentioning that Kris is good. Something like that.

ETA: I'm kind of bored with the show now. I was really only interested in seeing/hearing him. (Freakin' sound glitch at the beginning, with Ryan talking.)

I have Fox back on my TV now.

I have worse. No electricity!!!! I came back to my work (and yes I do have something to do later at work).

So, yeah, I'm missing everything. I know somewhere where I'll be able to download the episode later (probably), but I can't watch right now.
