wouldn't googling the questions be easier than asking us to do your homework quiz for you?

*shrugs* two minutes on Google and I've already turned up two answers.... doesn't seem too tough. But, perhaps other people will be able to find more for you. Good luck!

Maybe googling W.W.2 might be a place to start. I know who was famous for the words "peace in our time"- but anyway take Karrie's advice, she's smart.

Sombraa110, any competent history of WW2 will give you the answers to those questions. I know the answers, I've read many such books, but I don't feel inclined to do your homework for you. Try doing a little work instead of looking for the easy answers, you might learn something interesting and useful about how the outcome of WW2 continues to shape the modern world, instead of just getting the answers to those simple questions. But I'll give you a clue to one of them. The answer for #2 is "E. None of the above," because there's no such person as "Nerville Chamberlain."

I'm still waiting for an April Fools joke or something to come around, because unless you copied the questions from somewhere, you would be the book worm by now with all that research you must have done to find these questions.

Either way, i'm sure it would take just as long to look them up on the internet then to sit there and type out all those questions..

But while i'm at it, let me say the answer to question 3: 'D' Blitzkrieg. And that's 99% sure.

And another useful clue, sombraa110: if you know the causes and results of the 20th century's two world wars, you can make sense of what's currently happening in the Middle East. If you don't, you can't, it just looks like random BS. It's not, there are reasons for it. If you really want to understand, do the research, it's worth the effort. If you just want quick answers to your simple questions, google the list of suggested answers one after another, or some key words in the questions, you'll find them. Might take you a few hours and lead you down some blind alleys--googling John Bull probably won't tell you anything useful about the answer to #10, for instance, but it'll tell you who he is and why he's important, which I think is interesting and useful to know--but you'll get there eventually.

When did we get to Nazi Germany School Education...?

This is basic WW 2 stuff, you can pick out of any textbook worth its weight that covers the run up to and start of the war... granted it gets ignored in the movies because it all happened before Dec 7, 1941...

Is English a second language to you (or not your language of birth?).

I hope the people here were encouraging you to seek your own answers if you are trying to learn history lessons, but if you were hoping to start a Q&A topic - they were pretty neat questions.

If it is a test for you - you already know which is the best way to find answers and if English is not your primary language, congratulations you are able to converse so well.

Most of those questions are pretty basic.

I don't understand the point of the topic, except that it must be someone's homework assignment.

I mean, really, the 'peace in our time' question? And the name of the French puppet government? Those are pretty basic questions, if you read your high school history book for 20 minutes, you'll find these all.

Half of the multiple choice options are a complete joke in the first place.

"Invade Texas?" ~

"Surrenderville?" ~ That's not even German or French

"Starship Troopers??" ~ NUKE'EM RICO!!!

What 4th grade moron made this quiz up? At least they could have put some effort into the options to make them somewhat difficult and make one think.
