Eaglesmack responded to my post thus:

"I don't think so. I think they are going to be in big trouble. Two of the boys are being charged with statutory rape. I am hoping that they get what they deserve."

I willing to bet that these boys will get away, scott free. After all, this happened in the state that kept the happily departed Ted Kennedy, the self-inflicted wound purple heart winner and gigolo, John Kerry and Barney Franks in office for much, much longer than they ever earned and deserved.

Also willing to bet that the principal and the teachers (sorry, the indoctronaters) probably will get a raise.

Let me get this right. Due to Massachusetts having elected Ted Kennedy to the federal senate for 30 years or so, the justice system is inevitable broken, even though this crime would fall under state law?

You have some wacky logic, Yukon

"Did Kennedy take part in the bullying? Please, Jack ... feel free to either join the conversation or take your bullying ass somewhere else."

lone wolf, I never said Kennedy did. My point was that Massachusetts is a liberal state, probably the most liberal of all states.

And as such, it is likely that the typical liberal feel-good nonsense will prevail thru the courts.

I joined the conversation with my opinion, without personal insults. You would be well advised to learn same.

Bullying is a major problem and people should take a more serious look at the whole scene in which bullying occurs....

I was bullied in grade 9 because i was a hyper kid, fortuntatley the kid picking on me didnt know i had massive backup, and during lunch i went to the smoking section by myself and beat him up in front of his friends.WHY? because i knew if his friends jumped in they were toast.... Never had a problem after that, he was still a bully but not to me ....

I actually see the kid sometimes, when i go to the beer store and i laugh at him and ask him stupid questions that insult his character.... Mabye in that case ive become the bully now

Wake up, Moderators!

This topic has been addressed in an other thread already.

Combine them!

We're sorry Jack. We seem to have somehow missed your Reported
Post that would bring something like you suggest to our attention, so
that we wouldn't have to rely on our Physic Powers to deduce your
wants & desires...knowing that nobody reads every post in every
Thread everywhere...

You, ugh....You did Report this, right? You're not just making a public
spectacle of yourself, right? You gave us a clue that action was needed
with the Report Button so that action could be taken in a timely manner,
right?

Sorry, Ron, I reported nothing since I realized that reporting any post perceived to be "offensive" is nothing but suppressing free speech, which is the weapon of the intellectually challenged, thin-skinned mimosas.

I only asked that threads on related topics be combined.

Another moderator asked posters' opinion about that, recently.

Does that make a public spectacle of myself.....?

Well I am glad you got the best of the bully. I do like the stories of bullies getting their comeuppance. Sadly not every kid is going to stand up for himself or herself for risk of an embarrassing beating and even more alienation. They just want it to stop.
