Community housing is the problem because they are in a ghetto setting.
The city of Toronto is trying to fix the problem by tearing down the ghettos and building mixed housing will it work time will tell.

No. Killing people with guns is not proper. Using them to kill potential food is proper.

This is a laugh. And everything that is wrong with modern liberals. The government should NOT be telling people what we can and can't do. This is exactly the wrong approach to take.
The key is to heavily punishing criminals, so we don't have repeat offenders running around.
If the police would start doing their jobs properly, and arresting gangsters, we wouldn't have a problem.
Any newly landed immigrant who commits a violent crime should be deported and banned from coming back.

The term in Canada for legally carrying a firearm "concealed" is "Protected Carry" that permit given mostly to prospectors and trappers...and the reason for carrying that way is that even if you are way out in the boondocks you never know when you meet someone and you don't want to come back to your vehicle and have a bunch of Police waiting for you.
