Well, it is still open!

Not only that but it is the ideal place for trying - in military court - self-confessed dirt like Khalid Sheik Mohammed.

Yet, another example of affirmative action (and just as incompetent) Attorney General, Holden wants to try KSM in New York.

Thankfully, normal brains prevailed.

Anyone cares to wager how much longer Guantanomo Bay will remain open? Functional? Slap in the face of the knee-jerk king "President"?

I guess there was some sort of constitutional requirement in the US that people were legally required to vote for a black candidate or something. I think it was the 7th Amendment.

Y.J. - What you should do is lay out a step by step solution (costed out) for the stupid president and then that way you could be both helpful and useful, instead of just piling up criticism about something that you might appear (mistakenly of course) to know nothing about. :smile:
