Marriage isn't a personal services contract.
Perhaps not, but marriage is a contract, and it can be what two consenting adults want it to be.

Talloola, the interesting thing is Tiger fired his caddie about 4 or 5 years ago (the one that is now Furyk's caddie) because of a breach of confidentiality. The thing is that 'hardly' and of the journalists or other media knew anything
much about tiger at all, only a handful were allowed interviews, and even then
they were given a small block of time, and only allowed to talk about golf.
Majority of journalists who showed up at tournaments just because he was there,
never ever managed an interview at all, and didn't even see him 'other' than on
the course.
He never talked to any journalist about his personal life, or anything else, other
than golf. Interesting story in todays vancouver sun talking about that aspect
of his life, written by a journalist who 'did' have a little closer relationship
with Tiger, and still did not know anything about his private life. He said the
only thing he ever found out about Tiger, other than golf related, was that 'he'
is an independent.
He had strict rules about interviews, and never did anything for 'free'.
He flew by private jet, and when driving 'he' drove himself.
Even with all that privacy, when behaving such as he did, somewhere along the way,
it will kick you in the butt, as it has.
If he and his wife had an agreement for an open marriage, this problem would not
have come about, as she would have been aware of his lifestyle, obviously she was
just as much in the dark as the rest of us.
But I don't think the courts would view a marriage contract as equitable if it involves "if you keep your mouth shut you get paid and if you speak out you don't". I seriously doubt it.

oh, you mean 'fluff', the bearded one, didn't know why he left, I just thought it
was because tiger had risen up in the ranks, and wanted someone who was more
knowledgeable, and I assume his caddie now, probably knows a little about tiger's
off course antics, but why would he ever say anything, he gets a huge paycheque
from tigers winnings.
For the past four years she has either been pregnant or nurturing a new born,
then pregnant again before the first one was two, then nurturing a newborn,
can't really figure out where she has time to be running around on him.
The marriage isn't much older than the 9 months before the first baby was born.
One of his affairs was during that nine months while she was expecting the first
child.
I've seen moms have affairs while their children were young... and that's stay at home moms with husbands making less than 6 figures... I can't even fathom what a mom with access to nannies could get away with.
That's not to say she DID of course...
Maybe some of us have signed agreements not to say anything about our time with Elin and her extensive list of fetishes.
I can't comment on whether or not I have signed any such agreement.
of course !!!!!
I am of the same thoughts concerning her, as I was with
Tiger, until there was proof, which was verified by Tiger. There hasn't even been
a hint anything of that nature about her, except by the guys who make fun of the
situation and try to accuse her of that behavior, just because.

It may be that she was smarter than Tiger in hiding her affairs, we don't know.
8OWhat fetishes? You have a list?Maybe some of us have signed agreements not to say anything about our time with Elin and her extensive list of fetishes.

Sure, put your spin on what she said ...Sure, blame the wife....
Not a spin. Read what she posted.Sure, put your spin on what she said ...
I don't think so.. He has a lot more to lose and when it really comes down to it $$$ talks.. From what I have heard to date he was out and running almost as soon as he was married.. Had he really wanted to make the marriage work he would have tried hard..
I think there is a lot about this we do not know..
But then again why should I care.. Both are human..
I get the feeling this will be a big blood bath..
