When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from our mind /brain.If we responded to difficult situations with positive , sensitive and peaceful mind there would not be any problems . Eventually we might even regard them as challenges or opportunities for growth and development.Problems arise only if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind or try to fix the situation intellectually. Therefore, if we want to be free from problems, we must transform our mind.
One conclusion I've drawn over the years, is if you try something twice or more using the exact same methods and it doesn't work, then it's time to bail and try a different M.O. Trying harder and making the same mistakes simply doesn't work.
I 'd find out first what the mistake is JLM there always is one.
Once I could not get into my email; every time I've tried, I have received an answer that my password or my email address are wrong .After trying half a dozen time I started to reason : I knew I was doing something wrong .
Password I know by heart , it's my birthday.

Tell yourself that when your car is sliding uncontrollably on the ice while heading for a telephone pole or another car. It's all in your head and you don't have a problem. I read something about a man holding another man over the edge of a cliff. The holder told the dangler he had a problem and the dangler said, "No. I have no choice but to fall if you let go. The mind is frightened of this unknown, and so it escapes into knowledge, into theories, hopes, imagination; and this very knowledge is a hindrance to the understanding of the unknown. To put aside knowledge is to invite fear, and to deny the mind, which is the only instrument of perception one has, is to be vulnerable to sorrow, to joy. But it is not easy to put aside knowledge. To be ignorant is not to be free of knowledge. Ignorance is the lack of self-awareness; and knowledge is ignorance when there is no understanding of the ways of the self. Understanding of the self is freedom from knowledge.
