Nonsense. We have a few tools with which we can solve problems: intuition, intellect, experience, judgement, etc. Sometimes one tool is enough, sometimes a combination of tools does the trick.

You are truly a very simple man LG, ......and that's good.

When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from our mind /brain.If we responded to difficult situations with positive , sensitive and peaceful mind there would not be any problems . Eventually we might even regard them as challenges or opportunities for growth and development.Problems arise only if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind or try to fix the situation intellectually. Therefore, if we want to be free from problems, we must transform our mind.

Solutions are an intersection of many qualities, not just intellect. Though I fail to comprehend how a solution can work without some intellect involved.

One conclusion I've drawn over the years, is if you try something twice or more using the exact same methods and it doesn't work, then it's time to bail and try a different M.O. Trying harder and making the same mistakes simply doesn't work.

I 'd find out first what the mistake is JLM there always is one.

Once I could not get into my email; every time I've tried, I have received an answer that my password or my email address are wrong .After trying half a dozen time I started to reason : I knew I was doing something wrong .
Password I know by heart , it's my birthday.
My address It had to be my address- but what? ......and there it was ________@hotmale.com
Mistakes happen.

:D Tell yourself that when your car is sliding uncontrollably on the ice while heading for a telephone pole or another car. It's all in your head and you don't have a problem. ;)

I read something about a man holding another man over the edge of a cliff. The holder told the dangler he had a problem and the dangler said, "No. I have no choice but to fall if you let go. It is you that has the problem; whether to let go or not". Now that would be in his head.

Lao Tsu seemed to think not doing anything resolved problems. But then he wasn't driving a car and skids can be controlled if one keeps their head.

In our search for knowledge, in our acquisitive desires, we are losing love, we are blunting the feeling for beauty, the sensitivity to cruelty; we are becoming more and more specialized and less and less integrated. Wisdom cannot be replaced by knowledge, and no amount of explanation, no accumulation of facts will free man from suffering. Knowledge is necessary, science has its place; but if the mind and heart are suffocated by knowledge, and if the cause of suffering is explained away, life becomes vain and meaningless. And is this not what is happening to most of us? Our education is making us more and more shallow; it is not helping us to uncover the deeper layers of our being, and our lives are increasingly disharmonious and empty.Information, the knowledge of facts, though ever increasing, is by its very nature limited. Wisdom is infinite, it includes knowledge and the way of action; but we take hold of a branch and think it is the whole tree. Through the knowledge of the part, we can never realize the joy of the whole. Intellect can never lead to the whole, for it is only a segment, a part.

Addiction to knowledge is like any other addiction; it offers an escape from the fear of emptiness, of loneliness, of frustration, the fear of being nothing. The light of knowledge is a delicate covering under which lies a darkness that the mind cannot penetrate. The mind is frightened of this unknown, and so it escapes into knowledge, into theories, hopes, imagination; and this very knowledge is a hindrance to the understanding of the unknown. To put aside knowledge is to invite fear, and to deny the mind, which is the only instrument of perception one has, is to be vulnerable to sorrow, to joy. But it is not easy to put aside knowledge. To be ignorant is not to be free of knowledge. Ignorance is the lack of self-awareness; and knowledge is ignorance when there is no understanding of the ways of the self. Understanding of the self is freedom from knowledge.

There you have it, folks, the identification of the world's problems and the solution? Become a sheep and just eat, screw, and play.
