It all sounds good except the part where Junior's vision is limitless wealth for the few at the expense of the poor. It's more likely that Junior is far enough removed that consciousness of the poor doesn't exist. So he probably has it in his subconscious that more for the top means more trickle down to reach the poor. That to me makes more sense than Junior's actual intention to have poor people feeding the rich.President Bachelet of Chile touts the market economy but only so long as it benefits the common people. Her motto is: My role as President is looking after the well-being of everyone in this country.
Therefore her vision of marketism does not in any way reflect the vision of someone like Bush's whose vision is one of limitless wealth for the rich at the expense of the poor.

Another example of her wisdom is a little known fact that soon all school children will be required to have a mastery of the English language in order to graduate from school. This change was adopted successfully in socialistic Sweden and in other countries to their greatly creditable success. Under the old ways this reform was never instituted. But with President Bachelet is will work equally well.
Therefore, Chile's future looks really good!
I'm not much of a socialist because of things I've seen, but I'm not one for extreme capitalism either which kinda puts me in the middle. Pretty much dead center according to the "political compass" et al. ( www.politicalcompass.org )
