Some of those countries are fairly left leaning and are doing fine on this statistic.

Can you now look up the tax burden for each of these contries. Do that and I'll make a graph and see if their is any correlation.

But the middle class has greatly decreased and the wealth gap between the rich and all else is greater than ever.

That is what we here again and again but I think it might be a myth. I have a video for you to watch. I’ll have to look it up. It is from a TED conference. I think it discusses the wealth gap.

It's hard to put into a matrix because everything everywhere is tiered marginally. However if this is anywhere near accurate it might be just as good.

thats nearly 1/3 of our earnings thrown to the government.

I would gladly say goodbye to welfare, health care, child care, if that went down to 10%

Compared to what? It's pretty low on average.

I don't think it needs comparison, really ....paying 32% to any government is draconian IMO.

Or pay 29.1% like the US. I think we get an ok bang for our buck.

Exactly.

Me having to pay that much $$ is rediculous.

I mean if I had all that money back, I could afford my own darn health care.

Our 1st world nations are pouring our hard earned money into the governments and a big chunk of that is wasted through corruption and other means.

Sponsership Scandal?

My money going to Liberal Parties's Friends?

I don't think any country should take anymore than 15% of a man's wealth.

Does the United States have a 6% federal tax on everything people buy?

No. 6% on every purchase adds up FAST

You look pretty ill Jay. The healthcare system has done you in.

Although that doesn't answer my question....

I'm very well, thank you; couldn't be better.....well I could be less taxed but instead I get Liberals (like yourself) patronizing others.....and for what? (an OK bang for my buck? Your going to have to better than that)

Like any other virus, I've become rather immune to it. (on my own)
