They are currently building aircraft carriers and other naval power to project their strength across the whole of Asia . They still have a nuclear arsenals and are constantly trying to upgrade their delivery systems . But hey they haven’t wasted any money on foreign wars . Cough cough . Chinese troops in Angola during its civil war . China propping up the Madura regime in Venezuela. China Sabre rattling in the SouthChina sea . And on and on .
