Twenty years might be a little steep, twelve might be fairer and still deliver a harsh message to others with similar ideas.

Yeah Colpy, this one seems to be aiming the law at a person it wasn't intended for. maknig an example for pedophiles out of someone who truly doesn't seem to be one, seems over the top. It seems like one that needs to be found guilty, yes, but at 20 years? Even 12 years JLM seems excessive.

how could this video harm the children at the school?
were they not hearing clean and proper lyrics when it was recorded?
I remember them saying he edited the recording to add the bad lyrics after.
so unless all those children are on Youtube, how could they possibly be affected?

It plays to the fact that there are whole groups of pedophiles who get off on introducing kids to sex.... leaving porn mags out for them, letting them see them naked, telling them about sex, etc. A video all about kids watching you sit and talk about sex is porn for some people. And when it comes to portraying sexual victimization of children, even in that context, reality doesn't matter as far as the law is concerned. Portraying it is enough.
