My favorite would have to be "Goin' Down the Road" An awfull lot of Nova Scotians can identify with it,except meby for the ripping off the grocery store part.

I liked it in 1970, when it came out. Relevant to the times..........headin to the big TO fer jobs, eh. Jane Eastwood did a lot of good acting.

Saw it a year ago, and thought it stunk.......................WTF??

Same with Easy Rider...................Great then, shallow now.

Times change, people change. guess.

Paschendaele is avail from Netflix (thats how my wife and I saw it). I'm more with RCS on it: I was disappointed. It wasn't a story about the horror of the battle as much about a totally seperate plot-line with the Great War as a background setting. Paul Gross's grandfather or great grandfather may have told him about the battle but that doesn't really come through. It was like Titanic except instead of a ship sinking at the end, there was a couple minutes of trenches and explosions (and I didn't care for Titanic).
