Does this sound serious?

The injuries required reconstructive facial and dental surgery.

If I were him I'd be seeking sole custody of those kids. There's no excuse for that kind of violence toward another person. Kick him out. Walk away. Don't smash someone's face.

Tits are no excuse.

probably similar to a hockey injury, reconstructive is
probably some stitches, maybe a little plastic surgery, and the other a couple of teeth
replaced, deal with it Tiger, did you think you could bed
down with all of those women, then calmly carry on with
your married life, and have it both ways, come on, you
lit the fuse of dynomite, then got in the way, you can't
treat your wife in such a shabby way, and not expect
backlash, you arrogant son of a b****.
I'm just glad for her sake, that she didn't kill him,
as she and her kids don't need to be in big trouble,
when it is him who is the guilty party.

I guess I'm not very smart, you'll have to explain to me what you meant by this post.
It appears to me that you're saying because he screwed around, she was justified in assaulting him.

But perhaps you meant that you have some anger issues dealing with unfaithful husbands.

I didn't think there was ever any doubt in anyone's mind about that.

there are many forms of violence, not all come in the form
of 'physical'.
Tell me about it. Psychological violence is the worse kind. Innuendo laced with threats. I see it all the time in relationships.

A good marriage is one where both spouses hand out the abuse equally. :love8:

No, my point is this, if she had of seriously injured him,
those kids would have been in real trouble, as they would
have a father who did not treat their mother very well at
all in his marriage, and a
mother who is in jail because of her crime.
We don't know the details of exactly what happened in that
house, we are only assuming she was the only aggressor,
(physically), but obviously he was the mental agressor.
We don't know if this is the first time she has ever lost
her temper in this manner, but if she has a habit of losing
it physically, then that is a different matter.

Again we are assuming.

He might go after her for custody of the children, which
to me is a joke, but under the circumstances, it could happen, so be it.

My points in my post are 'after the fact', he has allready
screwed around, and she has allready hit him, so I can't
change that, my thoughts pick up after that happens, as I
cannot turn back the clock and take away anything they did.
So, after the fact, he is not seriously injured, he will be
fine, and I am glad for that, FOR HER SAKE, not his.

The joke for me here, is that if he manages to gain custody
of those children, he again is the arrogant 'look at me',
how good I am guy, while she, who possibly lost it for a
few minutes, looks like the heavy.

And, by the look of his physique he has bigger tits than her.

By the sound of your post you are happy and giggly with
unfaithful husbands, see how silly that sounded, so did
your statement.

We all have feel upset with unfaithful husbands, (wives),
it is not an accepted activity, and in my case I am no
different than anyone else, each case has to be dealt
with on its own identity, and not to generalize.

I am really sorry all of this happened in their family,
it is a tragedy for any family, and far too common in
married life these days.
