Around here, it Animal Control that picks up the smeared critters.
They were my first call, they did come get the carcass, but they were physically ill at the mess these people made of it.

I am very mature for my age and well beyond what a lot of what you want to think. I done plenty yea i made mistakes in life. Though i learn from them.
