This soora 83 in the book of the Quran is about those who cheat people by selling them less weight and less measure of the food and other substances.

This is the recitation of this valuable soora 83

Soora 83
(In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful)

1. Woe to 'those who reduce the measure and weight’,

2. who, when they measure against the people, take full measure [for their own selves],

3. But when they measure or weigh [out of their own goods] to people, give less [than the due measure or weight.] [i.e. they steal from it.]

4. Do not such people know that they will be sent forth [in the Next Life],

5. To [the judgment of] a serious day?

6. The day when [all] people will stand for the Lord of the worlds.)

Quran 83: 7-17, which mean:
(7. No, [do not diminish the measuring and the weighing; for] surely it is inscribed [in the heavenly books] that the libertines will have 'hard living' [in the Next Life.]

8. But can you imagine what this 'hard living' is?

9. A scripture with number [: Book of Levites: chapter 26]

10. Woe, on that day, to the deniers!

11. Who deny the Day of Requital.

12. Which none denies but only the transgressor [on the weak], the sinner.

13. When Our revelations [of the Quran] are recited to him, he says: "[These are only] the written fables of the ancients."

14. No, indeed [it is not like what they claim]; rather [the unlawful wealth], that they earn, has rusted upon their hearts.

15. No, [there will be neither forgiveness nor mercy for them]; but – on that day – they will be veiled from [the mercy of] their Lord.

16. Then they will roast in Hell.

17. Then it will be said [to them]: "This is [the chastisement] that you denied [in the life of the World.])

Quran 83: 18-28, which mean:

(18. No, [they cannot escape the Fire; but] it is inscribed [in the heavenly books of the prophets] that the pious [shall] be in a ‘high station’ [in this World and in the Next.]

19. But can you imagine what such 'high station' is?

20. A scripture with numbers [: Book of Levites: chapter 26]

21. Those brought close [to God, in Paradise] are [now] witnessing [this prosperous station.]

[Then God – be glorified – started to describe some of what He has prepared for the pious in Paradise, and He said:]
22. Surely, the pious [shall prosper] in the prosperity [of Paradise.]

23. [Reclining] on couches, [and] looking [to the trees, birds and mansions of Paradise.]

24. You know, in their faces, the radiance of prosperity.

25. [As] they are given to drink of a 'pure wine' [and the openings of the bottles thereof are] sealed [with musk.]

26. Sealed with musk – so for such [prosperity] let racers race.

27. And which is mixed [with water] from 'Tasniem' [: a water-fall.]

[Then God – be glorified – described that fountain with its high place and for whom it is, so He said:]
28. [Which is] a fountain at which do drink those brought close [in the highest layers near to the Throne.])

Quran 83: 29-36, which mean:

[Then God – be glorified – started to describe the sinners, and He said:]
(29. Surely, the sinners [in the life of the World] used to laugh at the believers.

30. And whenever they passed by them, used to wink at each other [mocking at the believers.]

31. And when they returned to their families, they returned jesting.

32. And when they saw [the believers], they said [pointing to the believers], 'Lo, these men are astray!'

[So God – be glorified – said:]
33. Yet the [disbelievers] were not sent as guardians over the [believers.]

34. So today d the believers are laughing at the disbelievers.

35. [Reclining] on couches, [and] looking [to the trees, birds and mansions of Paradise.]

36. Have the unbelievers been rewarded for what [gifts, presents and sacrifices] they [in the life of the World] had worked [for the idols and statues?] )

By God's help, the interpretation of the soora 83 of the Quran is completed;
So (praise be to God: Lord of the worlds.)

Intelligent people in general cannot stand the Quran.
The Quran is a badly written reworded version of the Old Testament. What I find funny is that Islam is an offshoot of the Jewish religion and they hate each other: the antithesis of the Christian teaching. Evangelicals are also the antithesis of Christ's teachings. What a screwed up world, eh.
